Household Hazardous Waste Disposal

East Pierce Fire & Rescue does not accept household hazardous waste at Headquarters or any of our fire stations.

Household products containing toxic ingredients require special disposal to protect people and the environment. These materials should not be poured down drains, placed in storm drains or thrown in the trash.

Pierce County provides two free household hazardous waste drop-off locations for residents. Visit the Pierce County Household Hazardous Waste webpage for locations, hours and a complete list of accepted materials.
