Sumner-Bonney Lake Community Toybox

Launched in 2025, the Sumner-Bonney Lake Community Toybox brings together East Pierce Fire & Rescue, the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District, Sumner Police Department, and the Gordon Family YMCA to support local families and spread holiday joy.

Working directly with school counselors, the Community Toybox helps meet the needs of children and teens across the Sumner-Bonney Lake area. Through donated toys, gift cards, and volunteer time, the program ensures every child has the chance to experience the joy and magic of the holiday season.

How Families Are Selected

The Sumner-Bonney Lake Community Toybox partners with school counselors through the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District to identify families who may benefit from holiday support.

Counselors work directly with the families they serve to help ensure donated toys, gift cards, and other resources reach children and teens across the community who need them most.

Families seeking holiday assistance should contact their Sumner-Bonney Lake School District counselor for more information about available support.
